I would like to caution everyone to use this site with a very large grain of salt!! Anyone can post here and it doesn't look, to me, like the claims are checked out - at least not very well. The company I am with is listed here and the claims posted here are actually kind of funny if you know the business side of things but not funny at all when you find yourself having to defend your company against these allegations. For example, people are posting that our company won't give them a refund even tho they were told on the phone that we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Well -- if you purchase our service and are just a member, yes you have the 30-day money back guarantee but if you sign up on the BUSINESS side -- there is no money back guarantee.
There are also posts from a person who told people that in order sign up they also had to purchase another product from her. When people were complaining to corporate, this person was fired because you can't do that.
We have over 2 million members and 70k business owners in our company. You're bound to run across some idiots. In my opinion, Ripoffreport.com is where they can post.
