A Party Lite Rep has joined our Team!!

That's right she likes our candles so much better than the ones that her company sells that she decided to join so that she could offer her customers a better selection.

Let me tell you what prompt this event.

A friend of mine was having a home interior party so of course I had to attend to support my friend. The rep was showing us her products and my friend spoke up and ask about how well her candles burn and can you clean them up with hot soapy water. The rep look stun by these questions and did not know quite how to answer my friend.

Well my good friend looked at me (because she knows that I always have some of my candles with me) and said show her your candles! I was not prepared to do a demonstration because it was not my show. LOL But my friend kept telling everyone there about how great our candles are. The rep asked me what kind of candles did I sell, so I told her. She said she had never heard of these candles before and she would love to see them. I looked at her and said "Are you sure. This is your show not mine." She said yes, so I went out to my car and got a couple of votives to bring in and show her. I also brought one in that had been completely burned to show how well they burn. She was amazed. She admitted that she had never seen a candle burn to almost nothing. She asked if I would show her how to clean it. So I walked to the kitchen to put hot soapy water in the holder and to my surprise everyone else that was at the party came into the kitchen with me to watch this amazing demo. LOL

Everyone at the party was excited about what they had seen with our candles that they wanted to know how they could buy some. I felt so uneasy about this because I was only a guest at this show. I kept looking at the Party Lite Rep and telling her that I was so sorry I did not mean to move in onto her show. She looked at me and said don't be sorry you have a great product.

So I told everyone that because this was not my show that if they wanted to buy some of my candles they could contact me at a later date and maybe we could schedule another party with me. The Party Lite Rep thanked me for my professionalism and continued to show her products.

Later the Rep told me that she sold lots of holders, more than she usually does at a show and she could she contact me later to discuss joining my company. I told her sure, I would love to have her on my team.

After the Party Lite Party was over customers from my friend's party called me wanting to purchase votives for their new holders that they had bought at the party. LOL Of course this was exciting for me.

But the best part was the the Party Lite Rep did call and joined our team. She said that she likes that we have so many fragrances available and wanted to try selling both products. That is the great thing about our company you can represent more than one company. Party Lite has wonderful selection of holders and we have a wonderful selection on fragrances. A great match!!!

The new Party Lite Rep has told me that she loves displaying and burning our wonderful candles in her Party Lite candle holders. She said that the last 3 parties that she has had her sells have gone up tremendously. She said that she believes it is because of the wonderful smell of her new candles. And she like demo how easy they are to clean too.

I guess this is one of those many examples that show "You never know where are when you will meet your next team mate!"

HOORAY!! I don't know much about Party lite, but looks like you found a customer/COTM member for life!! Way to go Kathy! :D

I think she will do very good. That's what I love about our business, you just never know who might be interested in becoming a member.

I'm curious to see those holders that Party Lite has...

They are really nice, but pricey on some of them. That is why I am glad that our candles are easy to wash out of them. Would not want to get wax stuck in them that I could not get out. Also the same reason that she signed up to sell our candles.

When I spend alot of money on a holder I don't want to put just any candle in them. LOL
